Where is my Invoice?
Each time an invoice is generated, the billing contact that you have specified will receive an email summarizing the balance of the Invoice along with an attachment allowing you to print a copy of your invoice.
What am I being charged for?
Wowdesk is an online service, providing customer service support, Complaint Management System via the Internet. Your organization entered into an agreement to use the Wowdesk subscription service.
What is your policy for reducing or cancelling?
If you are managing your subscription using our partners marketplaces, you can login to their portal and manage your subscription. You can also submit requests to cancel or reduce by using the our Inquiry Form or by Email. Yes. Developers have access to the web services and REST APIs.
What is workflow engine and routing rules?
The workflow designer and engine enables organizations to define customized workflow, activities and processes to automate the flow of cases within the organization. Wowdesk backend routing engine routes complaints/cases to relevant entitiy(s) based on configurable routing rules. Through the workflow and routing engines, Wowdesk automates and streamlines the case management process from submission till closure and getting customer feedbacks.
