Setting your language and region

You can set up your NABD default language, country, and time zone on the Global Settings page. NABD will use these settings throughout including on case status, e-mails, Facebook and Twitter feeds, etc.  

To set your language and region settings:

  1. From your left main menu, select Admin.

  2. From Admin page ,within  Configuration section.

  3. From the Configuration menu, select Global Settings.

  4. On the Global settings page:

    In the Default language field, select your language from the drop down. Both English and Arabic are currently supported. The language you select will be the default agent and administrator user interface.

    In the Default country field, select your country from the drop down list. The country you select will be the default country used in all customer registration and cases.

    In the Time zone field, select the standard GMT time zone you want to use from the drop down. Select the time zone that corresponds to your local time so that all timestamps throughout the system match your location in the workflow, cases, etc.

  1. When you’re done, click Save.

    Your language and region settings will now be applied throughout NABD.
