Using the self service portal

The self service portal is where your customers and external entities can post, manage, and track cases online.

To access the self service portal:

1. Access https://<yourclientname>.wowdesk.com/customerportal.
   
   Tip: For easy access, be sure to bookmark this address for future use.

2. On the wowdesk Sign In window:

1. • Type your user name. For a corporate customer, enter your user name and corporate name (username.corporate domain).

   • Enter your password. If you forgot your password, click the Forgot password link.

   If you are signing on via social media (Facebook, etc.), if you are asked to authorize the application or give permission to access the user account, click Accept.

3. Click Sign In.
   
   
   
   
   wowdesk opens your Dashboard.
